NagMe is an accountability reminder service that sends SMS text messages to help users stay committed to their goals and habits. The NagMe program enables users to create custom reminders that are delivered via SMS at times and frequencies the user specifies. By opting into this program, you consent to receive text message reminders from NagMe.
By providing your mobile phone number and activating SMS reminders through the NagMe website or application, you explicitly consent to receive SMS text messages from NagMe. Consent to receive SMS messages is not required to purchase or use any other NagMe products or services. You may opt-in to SMS messages through a checkbox or confirmation process during account setup or in your account settings at any time.
If you are under 18 years old, you must obtain parental or guardian consent before opting into SMS messages from NagMe.
The frequency of SMS messages sent through NagMe varies based on your individual settings and configuration. Depending on the reminders you create, you may receive between 1 and 3 text messages per day on average, though frequency may vary. You control message frequency entirely through your account settings and the reminders you create and manage.
Message and data rates may apply. Standard SMS messaging rates from your carrier apply to all SMS messages received through the NagMe program. Check your mobile phone plan and contact your carrier for details about any applicable charges. NagMe is not responsible for any carrier charges related to SMS message delivery.

Upon successful enrollment in the NagMe SMS program, you will receive a welcome confirmation text message. This message confirms that your mobile phone number has been added to the NagMe SMS reminder program and that you have consented to receive SMS messages.

Message delivery may vary by carrier and network conditions. Your wireless carrier is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages from NagMe. NagMe is not liable for any carrier delays, failures, or outages that affect SMS message delivery.

Your mobile phone number will be used only for the purposes of delivering SMS reminders through the NagMe program, customer support, and as required by law. NagMe will not share your mobile phone number with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes without your explicit consent. Your phone number may be shared with our SMS service provider, Telnyx, solely for the purpose of delivering SMS messages.
The NagMe SMS reminder program is operated by Number One Son Software Development, a sole proprietorship, with SMS delivery services provided by Telnyx. By participating in the NagMe SMS program, you acknowledge that you understand and accept these terms and conditions. These terms govern your participation in the SMS reminder program and apply in addition to the NagMe Terms of Service.
NagMe reserves the right to modify these SMS terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of the NagMe SMS program following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
While NagMe makes reasonable efforts to deliver SMS messages reliably, NagMe makes no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free SMS delivery. SMS message delays, failures, or non-delivery may occur due to carrier issues, network congestion, device issues, or other factors beyond NagMe's control. NagMe and its service providers are not liable for any damages, delays, or failures related to SMS message delivery, including but not limited to any missed reminders or resulting consequences.
