Overview
At NagMe, we believe you have fundamental rights regarding your personal data. This page outlines the rights available to you under various global privacy laws and regulations. Depending on your location, you may have the ability to access, correct, delete, or control how we process your personal information. We are committed to honoring these rights and making it easy for you to exercise them.
This page provides an overview of privacy rights under major global regulations. For more details about how we collect and use your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Rights Under GDPR (EU, EEA, and UK)
If you are located in the European Union, European Economic Area, or United Kingdom, you have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):
Right of Access (Article 15)
You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you. Upon request, we will provide you with a copy of your data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, along with information about how we process it.
Right to Rectification (Article 16)
You have the right to request that we correct or update any inaccurate or incomplete personal data we hold about you. We will make corrections promptly and inform you of the changes.
Right to Erasure / Right to Be Forgotten (Article 17)
You have the right to request that we delete your personal data, subject to certain exceptions. This includes situations where the data is no longer necessary, you withdraw consent, you object to processing, or we have unlawfully processed your data. Please note that we may retain some data if required by law or for legitimate operational purposes.
Right to Restrict Processing (Article 18)
You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances, such as when you dispute the accuracy of the data or believe the processing is unlawful. During the restriction period, we will maintain the data but limit how we use it.
Right to Data Portability (Article 20)
You have the right to request your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and to transmit that data to another service provider without hindrance from us.

You have the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning you. If such processing occurs, you have the right to request human review and explanation of the decision.
Right to Lodge a Complaint with a Supervisory Authority
If you believe we have violated your rights under GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (supervisory authority) without prejudice to your right to pursue other legal remedies.

You have the right to request deletion of personal information we have collected about you, subject to certain exceptions such as when the information is necessary to complete the transaction you requested, detect security incidents, or comply with legal obligations.
