Connecticut Data Privacy Act (CTDPA)

Nevada Privacy Law (SB220)

Rights Under PIPEDA (Canada)

If you are located in Canada, you have the following rights under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA):

Response Timeline

We are committed to responding to all data subject requests promptly:

• GDPR and other EU/EEA laws: Within 30 days of receipt (extendable by 60 days for complex requests)
• CCPA/CPRA: Within 45 days of receipt (extendable by 45 days for complex requests)
• Other jurisdictions: Within the timeframes specified by applicable law (typically 30-45 days)

Appeals Process

If you believe we have incorrectly denied your request or failed to fully honor your rights, you have the right to appeal. To submit an appeal:
